Complaints and Suggestions System

The relationship between Roshd and student’s needs, requests to solve the problems in Roshd, suggestions and queries are solved through the complaints and suggestions system which is a form available in the educational platform, website and Facebook page.
The student will write his / her personal information in Roshd and a detailed complaint to be answered by the concerned department within 24 hours from the date of submitting the complaint.
The Form of Complaints is the official means of communication in Roshd between student and Roshd management.
