ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this contract is the sale and delivery of services which are stated and have the qualifications mentioned in the contract, and which the buyer has ordered from the www.roshduni.net web site.
The of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation on the Protection of Consumers No 4077 and the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures of Implementation of Distance Contracts.

Cancellation and Refund Agreement

This contract has been prepared to worke in Turkish education services and packages purchased within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and outside Turkey.
Please read the terms of the contract, understand and agree.
Although you will not receive any products as soon as you subscribe to the Roshduni web page, you hereby agree to the cancellation and refund policies set forth herein. Please pay attention to this!

Roshd – Cancellation Policy and Return Policy

Roshduni is an online training platform that provides Arabic and English learning materials, including live live lessons, exercises and video content.
When you purchase an educational material or course from us, the cancellation fee and return policy are as follows.
There is no cancellation or refund condition except the following items. You will be deemed to have read and accepted the cancellation & refund policy when you purchase a service from us.

Cancellation:

• A- For Online Courses (Group Courses)

1. When you purchase a training program, we guarantee that your courses will start on the date specified in the course description.
2. For training programs purchased, if the number of students in a program is less than 50, we ask you to wait for the next training start date. WE REFUND THE PAYMENT OF YOUR PAYMENT TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT/ CREDIT CARD.
3. After the start of your course / lessons, if you wish to cancel for any reason, you agree to the following terms.

• You have the right to legal withdrawal within 3 days of the date of purchase of an online program.
• The deductions are taken from you as a compensation of the taxes and other damages arising from your invoice.
• Whatever the reason is, if you decided to withdraw after more than 3-day of buying date you cannot request a refund in any way.

Group classes:

For group lessons, you have to follow and participate in all programmed courses you have purchased.

However, if you miss a lesson under unpredictable situation such as disease, accident, etc., you can follow the recorded videos

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTES AND REMARKS

Thank you very much for choosing us. We share some important notes based on our experience so that we can provide you with a better service and provide you with the maximum benefit from this training process. Your attention to these issues is also very important for your benefit.

Please read the instructions written here. By accepting this service as a member of our system and also by receiving an education service.

1. Come to classes 10 minutes before start and be ready in front of your computer.
2. In the program courses; There is no right to absent or compensate. You can count the lessons you cannot come to! Please plan accordingly. Participate in all courses whenever possible.
3. Your suggestions and complaints about courses, teachers and management are important for us. Therefore, please send your ideas on these topics to us.
4. In all refunds, you will receive a payment from Roshd and it will be paid by the banks, online payment systems and any other means of money transfer, such as money transfer fees. other expenses are deducted from the total cost to be sent to you. Roshd is not responsible of money transfer costs.

• For Online (Recorded Video) Courses, (Online Practice / Learning Materials and Online Self-study Packages)

1. We guarantee that you will be supported throughout these courses when you purchase programs such as learning exercises, video lessons, which are not live but online. These courses are available on our website and our servers and are connected to the Internet.
2. When you make a payment for the products mentioned here, you accept the cancellation and return conditions stated below.
   DISCLAIMER: When you purchase a video training package from us, in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 4077, audio or video recordings (Video, DVD, CD and Cassette etc.), printed products (Books, magazines, etc.) programs and computer consumables Products that cannot be withdrawn.

Credit card information

Roshd never records the customer’s credit card information. It is not stored in our database. Your private information is the responsibility of your BANK and PAYMENT AGENCY.

General Hardware

Roshd is not responsible of any student equipment (eg, computer, modem, internet connection, loudspeaker, headset and the like). In other words, only student is responsible of his or her Profile page and the required technical tests.

Disclaimer

No payment is made to the student except as stated above. In addition, Roshd, which works securely with SSL, cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by the student on different websites, advertised on Roshd, SSL program, banks, money transfer process and similar reasons not directly related to Roshd! The student agrees to read and understand this article.

Dispute and Court

In case of a dispute, Roshd Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti. declares that it will do his best to solve the problem with good faith and transparency by protecting the rights of the consumer. However, if the solution of the problem comes to the court stage, the service recipient (Student) accepts the decision that Istanbul Trade and Consumer Courts will take.
